What a stunning old building in the heart of downtown.

For the previous several years, only the downstairs commercial storefronts had been occupied. Our project was to remodel the entire upstairs residential suites—a total of seven units, including studios, one-bedroom/one-bath, and two-bedroom/one-bath layouts. The suites were completely renovated and modernized with spacious layouts, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and included interior laundry.

This project brought additional residential living and more people to downtown. It was a great opportunity for the revitalization of downtown businesses and the City of Antioch.
